Batch Performance

Your batches, per platform. Check a batch to put it in that campaign's dial pool; uncheck to take it offline. Automated batches come in already checked. A batch pushed to both platforms shows in both lists. Click Scorecard for the full breakdown.

Find a customer

Search the whole database on its own — by name, address, phone, or email — ignoring every other filter. Look someone up, download the results, or push a person straight into a dial or SMS queue. Compliance is always enforced: dialing excludes FDNC / DNC / litigators; texting excludes litigators (FDNC & DNC are textable).

1Build your list

AUTO Highlighted fields set the nightly auto batch. Every field also works for a manual pull. Either way it lands in Batch Performance up top β€” auto or manual, one place.
In Auto mode this is the profile you're setting β€” each queue keeps its own saved nightly filters. Tick “Build this queue every night” to put it on the nightly build (III & IV build to standby β€” take them live from the tiles). In Manual mode it's the queue this list loads into.
Tags this batch so it routes to the right place (DataX CC / Salesforce Lead Source) and its results roll up by campaign. Applies to both auto and manual, and to any queue.
Where the one build button below sends this list. LSP is the master; the other DataX SMS options send the same messaging/cadence from that sub-account's own numbers & fields. Salesforce is always mirrored first. (Nightly Auto batch loads DataX CC.)

3Count & build

Check the count, then build & download this list β€” a one-time pull that lands in Batch Performance up top. Queue and campaign come from Build your list β€” nothing to re-enter here.

2Choose columns

Perm ID, Current Tags, and Campaign are always included in every export, regardless of what's checked below β€” a DataX SMS/DataX CC upload needs them to work correctly. Defaults to Calling/SMS Push β€” collapse this card if you don't need to change it.
Outcomes from calling, texting, and Salesforce flow back into the master table on their own. "Calling/SMS Push" gives you just the identity and contact fields.

Compliance

Litigator Blacklist Upload

Upload a CSV of known serious litigators to scrub against Master Data Table Clean. Any match is flagged Litigator Status = "Litigator" and suppressed everywhere. Every row is also saved permanently to a running blacklist reference list.
Needs a header row and at least a phone column. Name/address columns optional β€” matched flexibly.
A label for your reference β€” doesn't affect matching.

Vendor Suppression

Suppression Export (Experian)

A separate export path β€” it does not use the filters above or the column picker. Choose a scope (all data, or a purchase-date window) and which statuses to include below. Everything is deduped to unique contacts, and files are written at up to 1,000,000 rows each.
Universe
Status to include
Check the statuses to include. All four = your full suppression universe for the chosen scope (this is the standard Experian file). For a compliance-only list, uncheck Clean; for clean-only, uncheck the other three. Blacklist-only litigator phone numbers (no master record) are added automatically only when scope is All data and Litigators is checked.
